It starts with a partnership-a partnership between you and a team of professionals at Citizens.  We begin by personally reviewing the program with you and answering any questions you might have.  This personal touch not only begins our partnership, but also continues for the duration of our relationship.  At any point, if you or your associates have questions or concerns regarding any element of the program a Citizens representative is only a phone call away.

Our Program

Our program is designed to be quick, effective and easy to use.  At the time of sale your completed application will be reviewed and your dealership will receive a response within 30 minutes.

For those applicants who do not immediately qualify for financing, the process does not end there.  Our loan staff will work hard with your customers to identify options that will turn their planned purchase with you into a reality.  We will be happy to discuss our decision-making process with you and your customer will always be treated with the respect and courtesy they have come to expect from your business.

For all qualified applicants, your job becomes an easy one.  We will prepare a formal loan contract and send it to you immediately.  We ask that you review the contract with your customer before signing.  The completed contract is then sent to our processing department and a check is disbursed to you within 48 hours.

Importantly, Citizens delivers on its promise to provide exceptional customer service throughout our relationship with your customer.  Immediately after establishing the loan, payment coupons are sent and each customer receives a personal welcome call.  At that time any questions regarding their loan can be answered.  This is the personal touch that makes Citizens so special.
