View Account Information Access information for all your banking accounts including checking, savings, CDs, loans and more.
Transfer Funds Create one-time transfers or recurring transfers with just a few clicks.
Research and View Checks Easily search by check number, amount, date, or transaction type. You can even view images of your checks.
e-Statements e-Statements are available for the following accounts: Checking, Saving and certain Loan accounts. If you choose to enroll, you will access your electronic monthly bank statement through Citizens Community Federal’s website and no longer receive paper statements by mail. To begin the enrollment process please log on to online banking, mark the accounts you wish to receive an e-Statement notice for. Next, verify or change and confirm your e-mail address. Complete the enrollment process by reading the Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions, check mark the box and click the Accept button on the bottom of this page. You will receive a monthly email alert from Citizens Community Federal when your e-Statement is ready for viewing. (This will generally occur within the first couple days of the month.)
Once enrolled, to access your statement, log into Citizens Community Federal’s online banking site, click on the account number of the statement you would like to view, click on the Documents tab, and then click on the statement period date. Only those accounts where you have enrolled in the e-Statement program will have online statements available. All others will continue to be delivered through U.S. Mail. Trouble Accessing your Online Account?
You may have inadvertently entered your Access ID, Password or security questions incorrectly. Make sure you are using the correct Access ID and Password, as these are case sensitive. After three incorrect attempts, this will cause you to be locked out.
Using the Forgot Password link will unlock your online account: If you know your Access ID and your e-mail address on file with the bank is current, you can click on the “Forgot Password” link, enter your Access ID and an e-mail with your password will be sent to you. This will unlock your account.

Phishing Scams
There is currently widespread use of an email scam known as “Phishing”, in which identity thieves send emails to “verify” information or otherwise divulge personal data
WE NEVER SEND EMAILS REQUESTING PERSONAL INFORMATION. We will never ask you to “verify” information. We will never ask you to click on a special site link to do so. While emails of this nature may look like they are from us, and even use our logo, they are most likely a “phishing” scam. Do not answer them. If you receive an email purporting to be from us, do not hesitate to call us to confirm it.
When you bank online with us, your transaction is safeguarded by the full extent of available technology.
When you use the internet to visit us, whether it’s to review your account, or to transact other business, you are entering a secure area. Here are just a few of the safeguards we have in place to help ensure your personal security when visiting us online:
Your Password – We’ll ask you to develop a secret password that only you will know. Only then will you be able to review your personal information about your account.
Our Privacy Policies – Our entire staff is dedicated to protecting the personal privacy of you, our customer. We have stringent privacy policies in place, and have instituted bank-wide measures to ensure that they are strictly observed.
Encryption Software – “encryption software” makes it possible to scramble a message between two parties (you and your bank), and this “scrambling” protects your account information so it can’t be intercepted and read by a third party.
